This is one my favourite ways to have cauliflower. The coating is full of flavour and pairs well with the cauliflower. Add to your favourite salads, wraps, burgers or as a side or condiment to any meal!

Curried Cauliflower
This cauliflower recipe is quick, easy and versatile. Not only is it delicious in nourish bowls and wraps, it makes great leftovers for the next day. Move aside boring steamed cauliflower, we have a new kid on the block!
Equipment
- Baking tray
- Mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 Tbsp tamari or soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp curry powder
- 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
- 1 head cauliflower separated into florets(keep the leaves!)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
- Add all ingredients (except for the cauliflower) to a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
- Add the cauliflower leaves and use your hands to coat the mixture evenly. Make sure you include the edible cauliflower leaves too!
- Spread onto a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until the cauliflower is cooked through.
- Enjoy in your favourite salad, wrap, burgers or as a delicious side/appetiser.
Notes
Yes you can eat the cauliflower leaves! The thicker, more fibrous ones may be a bit harsh so feel free to discard those ones into your home compost.
